RETURNS & EXCHANGES.
Any returned item must not be used in any way and should be returned at the buyers cost in its original condition. Full refunds are given if the item is returned unused in its original condition within 14 days after delivery. Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This includes all earrings & body jewellery. We cannot accept returns of any opened/used products unless the return is due to a manufacturing fault, otherwise the item will be returned to the buyer at their own cost. If the item develops a fault, please notify Joy via our contact email who will deal with this swiftly for you. Items can be exchanged in the event they ‘do not fit’ as long as the terms & conditions above have been met’. A small postal charge may be applied to re-post the new item.
COLOUR VARIATIONS.
We take care to choose/take images that are representative of the actual colours of the products being advertised. However, it is important to be aware that colours seen on a monitor or electronic device will be slightly different as compared to the actual colour of products for sale. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colours of an item as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as products tend to reflect different shades of a colour under different light and medium. Colours as shown may vary from the actual colours of the products as the process of photography involves a lot of transitions and changes. Refunds cannot be given based on slight colour variations between the image advertised and the actual product colour.
RING SIZES.
Ring sizes are carefully categorised into UK sizes for ease of purchase. Please note that ring sizes can be marginally different from seller to seller. This is due to wholesalers purchasing from different countries where ring sizes will vary slightly. We are happy to exchange rings that do not fit in line with the exchange policy above. There will be a small postage fee applied to re-ship the new item.
